New desktop tool helps BillingPlatform teams preview, customize, and validate invoice templates through a guided design workflow
June 30, 2026 – RadixBay, a technology solutions leader helping organizations get more value from their cloud and AI investments, today announced the launch of the Invoice Template Accelerator (ITA), the second innovation from RBLabs, RadixBay’s dedicated innovation center.
RadixBay’s Invoice Template Accelerator (ITA) is a purpose-built desktop tool that gives BillingPlatform users full control over their invoice template design. ITA is designed for administrators and business users who need to adjust invoice appearance, layout, and labeling without modifying application logic. No development experience is required. Built by RadixBay’s RBLabs innovation team, the ITA features a live PDF preview powered by the same Saxon XSLT and Apache FOP engine BillingPlatform uses in production, a dual editor for XSLT and XML, and a guided Customize Menu that makes branding updates — fonts, colors, logos, labels, and layout — accessible to any billing or ops team member. The result: faster iteration, fewer errors, and invoice templates that stay current and on-brand without opening a single developer ticket.
The ITA is available by annual subscription from RadixBay and runs on Windows. An active BillingPlatform subscription is required to connect BP directly to the tool.
