Auctane is using BillingPlatform’s Billing, Collections, Revenue Recognition and Portal solutions to consolidate its legacy billing products onto a single revenue lifecycle management solution.

As its business grew and customer shipping volume increased, Auctane’s finance team faced the complexity of managing customer and financial data across multiple billing systems for its products. In addition, the growing transaction volume also increased billing costs with Auctane’s legacy provider. As part of a multi-year renewal, Auctane is now using more solutions from BillingPlatform to manage the end-to-end revenue lifecycle with plans in place to migrate all of its products onto BillingPlatform.
